Sorry if it's TMI but not sure where to ask and as it's Bank Holiday weekend the gp is closed until Tuesday.

I had my period 12 days ago, was 4/5 days of normal red blood, then another 4 days of decreasing amounts of brown discharge which has become normal for me after having kids but now I've got pink blood when I wipe for the last few days.

I was told I had cervical erosion 6 years ago when I had my first smear and had a polyp removed too. Smear was clear.

Then I had dd at 28, ds at 29 and then the pandemic so I haven't had a smear since my first. During the last c section the consultant told me he had removed some fibroids so I seem to be prone to these but everything in the past was totally asymptomatic.

I'm not on any birth control so won't be from that either.

Can anyone reassure me with irregular-bleeding-but-it-was-ok stories? It's making me feel really anxious it could be something awful.

It wouldn't even cross my mind to call the GP over a pink tinge at the end of my period tbh. Not helpful perhaps but I think you are over reacting massively here.

I could well be, I do worry alot. I wouldn't say it was the end of the period though because it's pink. My period ended probably 8 days ago and then I have a bit of old blood for a few days then normally nothing until the next cycle. This looks like fresh blood.

Hi, I was about to post the exact same thing! My period ended a week ago but I've been spotting last couple of days. I wondered if it was to do with my vaccine last Saturday. I called the gp and I think he's going to get me a smear test done.
I did have cervical erosion a few years and ago a polyolp was found two years ago but I had been fine since. Mine is bright red so it's definitely fresh blood.
