The colour of period

This is going to sound odd but I have no one in RL to ask. I use a menstrual cup and this period the blood looks 'pinker' than it should. Instead of a proper red colour it looks really pink. What could be going on?

Similar in that I have on one IRL to discuss this with, but mine was odd this month too. Browner,thinner and had a weird smell. I had the vaccine about 2 weeks before and I wondered if it was related…

Oh that's interesting because I have been and you have reminded me that someone put on their Facebook about their period being odd. Off to find that and have a look. Thanks
