Hi!
I know there are many threads however none of which have really answered what I need ,

So I had my 4th baby 10 months ago in the last couple of weeks I've developed a prolapsed front and back,
Currently it is bulging not hanging out sorry if tmi the doc I saw didn't actually tell me what grade mine is but said as I'm
Sexually active surgery prob wasn't the best option and she would refer me to a PF specialist I'm still waiting for that

Any hoo I was mortified and Altho I've tried to do my pv I really struggle to achieve them so I brought myself a kegal8 ultra 20, expensive absolutely almost £200 I'm
On the first week of using it still

Has anyone used it? What programs worked?

Are you ment to hold while using as the instructions say let it work for you so it's extremely hard to know if I'm doing it right any advice would be amaZing

Thanks mummy's x
