C Section Scar bulging

C Section 9 years ago. I got a small infection in the area and have a small bulge where the blood pooled.

A few years later it felt like something was trying to push out off the scar. Ultrasound didn't show anything.

Alos had an internal ultrasound 2 years ago to look at that ovary. Suspected cyst. Nothing.

I now have a sensation of pressure and a feeling of something trying to push against it. The bulge looks much bigger too.

I'm going to call the GP, but any idea? It's right above the left side of my scar. Doesn't feel right. I've been doing more ab exercise but have always exercised.

Dr Google suggests incisional hernia or incisional endometriosis (endo runs in my family).

I'm trying to discount anything sinister because it's the same feeling from over 5 years ago.

I had a lump of scar tissue on my c section scar. Got a bit sore and itchy but not too much pain over the years Then about 18 months ago, it got very hot red and painful. Had severe ongoing pains for about 4 months. Saw a consultant eventually who diagnosed endometriosis, in the scar and multiple other areas

I wonder if the exercise inflamed and irritated it. Have you been seen by an specialist in endometriosis or women's health?
