Would appreciate some advice please! I have a prolapse following birth of ds. Tampons no longer work. I'm due to go swimming with a friend and it's around the time i'm due. Is there any other product I can use?

I can't imagine that anything like a pad would work in water unfortunately.

Possibly birth control pills to stop the period, but that seems extreme?

You can get swimsuits like the period pants. I have no idea how they work
