Help! Blood in fluorescent yellow wee!

NC for obvious reasons.

A lot of urine talk happening here so apologies.

I went to the toilet yesterday and my wee was fluorescent yellow, I'm not taking any vitamins at the moment at all so not b12, I had also drank a lot of water in the day so definitely not dehydrated. I have a normal healthy diet. Felt very tired yesterday and went to bed very early.

Woke up this morning with a cold sore, have never had one before.

Then about an hour ago I started with a water infection which I've not had for years, then within half an hour I've started weeing quite a lot of blood.

I'm not prone to water infections or cold sores, am I overreacting or does this sound sinister?

Thank you, I actually feel ok, will give them a ring, just feel bad phoning with what could just be a uti!

It may well just be a UTI.

But blood in the urine needs treating.
