What was wrong with me?

I’m just interested to see if anyone knows what could have been wrong with me shortly after having my daughter 10 years ago.
I had a natural birth but I was more overdue than first thought and my baby had meconium. Everything was fine with her.
The day after giving birth one of my feet swelled up like a balloon. I couldn’t stand or put pressure on it as it stretched the skin and was very painful. I had a home visit from my gp who said it was likely an infected insect bite. I was given antibiotics but they didn’t help. Eventually it went down but it was still painful for a couple of weeks and 2 of my toes are permanently purple and swollen since.
Shortly after that I began having low blood sugar (first believed to be temporal lobe seizures) where I would collapse and need to eat a lot of sugar to ‘come round’. I would freeze regularly and black out, not remembering recent events and lost some of my memory. It lasted a few months then stopped. I was tested for diabetes and the doctor said I was fine and stopped appointments. I didn’t have depression, sleep deprivation or took any medication. I bounced back from the birth quickly and felt great.
Does any of this connect to any health issues I could have had at the time that were overlooked? Meconium related infection perhaps? My midwife wasn’t concerned but it’s something ive always wondered about.
