7 months postpartum, Missed period, not pregnant

I'm 7 months postpartum, my baby was delivered via c-section. I have had regular periods for the past couple of months. However this month I have not had one. I have taken numerous pregnancy test and all negative. Anything to do with my fertility stresses me out. I'm thinking of going to the doctors but feel that one missed period is silly and will be wasting their time. Has anyone else experienced that this?

Are you still breastfeeding? Eaten less /slept less / been more stressed? I think 7 months pp you're still likely to be irregular even after 2 regular periods. Maisie Hill is an expert you could look up.
