Feel like my pelvic floor is pretty strong, I can do exercises and hold for ages.
Over the last couple of months leakage has got worse. I cannot bounce on the kids trampoline at all - previously was ok as long as I had a wee beforehand. Also seem to leak tiny bits regularly - particularly after going to loo. I've also had a couple of more major leakages whilst exercising.
Put all this down to decreases in exercise in lockdown - maybe my core is weaker?
Currently on period, tampon in and felt leakage, thought it was blood and time to change tampon. Went and changed and it was wee leaking and sorry if tmi but tampon appeared half soaked with wee 
Maybe time to see dr? If they are just going to say pelvic floor exercises seems a bit pointless as I do them already. Anyone any ideas?
