Would you trouble doctor for mild pain?

Hi all

Have been on the pill for years and just continually take it so I don't have a break and no periods. Has been absolutely fine apart from a couple of months ago I started getting period pains which was strange and I actually had a bleed (even though I was still taking the pills). I have had some level of discomfort ever since so now about 2.5 months ranging from pain when I cough to niggly aches around my pelvis or back and more uncomfortable kind of feelings.

Part of me is wondering whether to speak to the doctor because it's a change in what is normal but I also don't want to trouble them for just discomfort rather than if I was having any kind of extreme pain.

WWYD?

I would mention it to your GP because it is unusual. It may be nothing to worry about in which case you'll be reassured but do say something.
