Can you get BV without having had sex?

Just that really. Wondering if it's possible to get bacterial vaginosis without having had sex. Have a suspicion I have it....

Yes. My aunt was unmarried but used to get it regularly. I think it can be caused by using products around your vagina - she got told several times to stop using body lotion.
