Large lump on breast

ginandvomit · 08/04/2021 12:07

I had breast implants approx 15 yrs ago, replaced 10 years ago (pip). I've found a large and tender lump on the side of my breast. I'm scared, I don't want to go to the doctors. Is it likely to be cancer or related to the implants? Please only helpful replies.

It sounds like it would most likely be a cyst, I would pop to the doctor and let them have a look 😊

Go to the GP. Chances are it's a cyst (I've had several) but you need an ultrasound to be sure. You'll get seen quickly and it's all very straightforward. It's important to get it checked out though. But I think you know that already.

See your GP. No one here can diagnose you. Far better to be examined and told it's nothing .
