Anyone had one? Any advice? Did you manage to go on the NHS and if so, how? Or if private, would love SE England surgeon recommendations and idea of cost. I've got such a bad back and posture, I'm sure my boobs aren't helping things and about to hit meno so that'll prob make things even larger 😆🤪
