Discharge what's normal ?

Hey ,
Not pregnant . Had kids .
Late 30s
Well , before reading a article yesterday I would not have thought anything of it. The article stated anything but white/ clear discharge is NOT normal .
But , mine changes throughout the month and certainly isn't always white / clear . Don't think it ever has been . Changes from white to clear then about a week of yellowy , definitely looks yellow on white toilet paper / then period and same cycle starts again .Always has been like this .
Never a smell . And I've never had any irritation . Neither has my partner .
But ... it's definitely yellowy at some points over the month .
What I was curious about is everyone's discharge how the article states ? White/ clear ALL through the month ?
Half the stuff you read doesn't mirror the truth . And I defo don't want to google !

We all have what is ' normal ' for us. As long as everything falls within that , then don't worry.

Yes thank you . Just makes you feel better when someone has the same . When I read that what I experience is apparently NOT normal , made me feel a bit alarmed .

@sunnydays80 I think that it sounds normal to me, FaceTime on the type of thing I experience, I also get the yellowish tinge, but mostly cyclic

It's supposed to change throughout the month according to your fertility. It's thinner around ovulation to allow sperm to get through more easily, & the ph changes in favour of sperm. Then it gets thicker again as no point in allowing sperm through as no egg around for fertilisation so better to just protect against unwelcome bacteria etc

Yeah mine changes in texture. But ... also in colour .
