I've posted something similar to the below to get some advice on what I think is about to be suggested by the hospital but I'm also.posting here to see if anyone has had a similar experience and what to expect

I've had an abnormal smear , which I've posted about before (HPV and severe dyskarosis) for which I had a lletz and biopsy which came back as pre cancerous cells no cancer.
Letter 2 weeks ago with results on said repeat smear 6 months discharged to GP, but they would discuss at the management meeting on 31st. Yesterday.

Today I got a NHS text with a letter on to say outpatient appointment made for end of April but that was it. I've rang the hospital (never mind none of the telephone numbers on the letter worked... so that was a hassle) to ask why I have an appointment and they have said after a review I require further treatment and the questions they will ask is , if I want more kids.

Soo has anyone had experience of being told all is fine in a letter and then a management review meeting. What options did they discuss.

I'm 35 with 2 kids, one being 6 months. Happy to have everything removed if it prevents cervical cancer

No experience but just wanted to wish you the best OP. It sounds unpleasant at best and I hope it’ll be treated soon and you’re in good health again Flowers
