Hi everybody,
I’ve got a job interview next week (eek!) and have just realised I am going to be on my period. Maybe I’m being a little over dramatic but I really don’t fancy dealing with the heavy bleeding and cramps at the same time
I was planning to start taking the combined pill during my next period anyway and I was just wondering a) if starting the pill at the beginning of my period would shorten that period so hopefully it misses the interview? or b) If I could start taking the pill now a week before my period is due and hope that I don’t get that period at all? I’m not sure how it works to be honest
I have taken norethisterone before and I could resort to that again but I’m worried if I took that and went on the combined pill soon after it would be hormone overload 
Any advice would be much appreciated TIA
