I had a gallbladder removal operation on Thursday and the surgeon noticed I had a bulky uterus. I was referred for a pelvic ultrasound including the internal scan today and they advised they could see fluid in the pelvis but not enough to concern them. They said I did not have any fibroids and everything else looked ok.
Can anyone give any info on what this means?
