experiences? It's expensive but I'd like to find something that will stop me needing the toilet 24/7.

I really love it! Only had it for a week and have seen improvements already. Though have been doing my pelvic floor exercises consistently since my baby was born 2 years ago so haven't started from a really weak pelvic floor like I had 2 years ago. However I still leak a couple of times a month with stress incontinence so I'm hoping that will stop now! Haven't had a leak since using it but it is early days. It is really fun to use and I like that you can check your progress. My strength has doubled so far so I'm super impressed. I used a 15 percent off code on their website so got it for 100 pounds. Now that I've had it a week in my opinion it is really worth the money as I dont feel my prolapse when I exercise etc and I was feeling slight sensations like that before getting a perifit. If you have any other questions about it feel free to ask me!

Hi! I bought it!! How often are you doing it? They recommend 5 x 10 mins a week?

That's great! Hope you enjoy it as much as I do. I'm doing it for 20 mins every day. Have you tried it yet?

Zoink · 13/05/2021 21:09

I did once! Need to work out finding a regular time to do it! So you do 20 mins every day? Not sure I'll be able to do that but hoping 10 mins will have an effect!

Yes I do it sitting in bed before I go to sleep as that feels like the only time I get! Yes 10 mins should definitely help! I've never done 10 mins kegals every day as it is so boring but the perifit makes it fun. What did you think of it?

Zoink · 14/05/2021 10:27

I think it's great fun!! I laid down - is sitting better??

It is! I have tried sitting and on my back. When I had physiotherapy they suggested lying down at first til you build strength and then progress to sitting

Zoink · 14/05/2021 14:42

Ah great! I'll start with the laying down!! I'll update you in a week!

I saw this thread and brought myself one. I had an older legal trainer that would zap me which I used 2-3 times a week.
My pelvic floor felt like it was getting worse this year.
The Perifit is telling me I'm doing okay.
I've only done it lying down so sitting up tomorrow for me.

Anyone notice a difference yet?

Eri19 · 17/05/2021 23:11

Yes I really notice a difference. Only been a week and a half and I don't have any symptoms. Will be keeping an eye but so far so good. My husband has really noticed a difference too. I definitely feel a difference in that department too. So I'm very impressed with it! My toddler is also enjoying jumping at the moment and asks me to jump with her and I don't feel uncomfortable doing so! I feel more back to my old self and more confident. Hope it makes a big difference for you too! I started from a place where I was doing okay too but I feel like this has made me far more consistent with exercising as I enjoy it now. Doesn't seem like a chore. Let me know how it works out for you!

Zoink · 18/05/2021 11:18

Mine was telling me I was doing great and then I realised it was bc I was tensing my stomach and legs. So now I do it completely relaxed and it shows I'm not great. So I'm hoping I'll see improvement form here!

Not so cocky today - stood up to exercise- much harder and obviously why I have problem!!

Veryverycalmnow · 18/05/2021 22:18

Maybe I need something like this. I find it so hard to know if I'm actually doing pelvic floor exercises right. And I get a bit distracted by something and stop doing them halfway through.

wearetheweirdosmr · 18/05/2021 22:29

I'm impressed so far
Better than the kegal8 and those horrible eggs that I just couldn't get to stay in.
