Stomach bloating and pain everyday

So I have recently been told that I have PCOS. I didn’t Have a period in around 8 months so I was sent for blood tests and ultrasounds, the ultrasounds confirmed I have polycystic ovaries and that I also have a polyp in my womb which I will need to have surgery for to remove this. Also in the last 6/8 months I have been getting severe stomach bloating and some tummy pain too, most of the time it is after eating but I’ve also woken up in the morning with a swollen tummy... I spoke to a doctor and he’s given me some lansoprazole to try for my bloating and pain but he said he doesn’t know if this is linked with PCOS or the polyp or if it’s something different. I’m still waiting to be referred to the gynaecologist but I can’t help but worry about the pain and swelling as it’s happening everyday Almost. Someone told me to consider if I have the symptoms of endometriosis, or I was thinking maybe I have a dairy intolerance too as I’ve noticed I have tummy pain if I ever eat cheese? If anyone has been through any of this then I would love for some advise on it! Me and my partner have also been trying for a baby for the last 8 months or so but polyps can affect your fertility and obviously so can PCOS, I’m trying to stay as healthy as I can but after finding all of this out I have been feeling quite crappy lately.

I just posted something similar - horrific pain from bloating during my period. I was about to pass out and the sweating from the pain was unreal. I was drenched within a couple of minutes. Very odd. I have fibroids but I suspect inhave endo too.
