Yasmin pill and bleeding

I've recently gone on the Yasmin pill and have been taking it back to back - I'm in the 3rd month. I skipped a dose yesterday then woke up today with cramps and light bleeding this morning. I think this is normal but I've got really severe health anxiety so wanted to reach out to see if anyone else has had similar experiences. I've missed a dose before and this hasn't happened. I had a transvaginal ultrasound at the end of last year and all was fine, and last smear test was last month and again all fine.

Why did you miss one?
I think you can get breakthrough bleeding sometimes when taking them back to back too

This mentions breakthrough bleeding when taking packs back to back although skipping one wouldn't gave helped either

@dementedpixie thanks for your reply! I forgot to take one and tbh I haven't been taking them at the same time each day so I've now set an alarm to ensure I take it at the same time each day. Thanks for the link - it's really helpful. I'm still bleeding so I guess I will just monitor it and hope it stops soon.. It's been years since I took the pill and I don't think I expected a breakthrough bleed at all until I had non pill days.
