Breast trouble

Hi everyone,
Had mirena coil put in Oct 2020 for crazy bleeding, perimenopause symptoms. Only have light periods now.
Found lump right breast on 9th Jan. Had mammogram and scan underneath nipple and on left side of boob and armpit. Glandular tissue.
Had private scan on 2nd Feb, had scan underneath and right side of boob. Glandular tissue.
Last week, I have had thumb, wrist, elbow, bicep and shoulder pain. Goes away with ibuprofen. The left side of breast and top of breast are painful and lumpy. Absolutely sick of my breast. Terrified its breast cancer.
Anyone else had this?
My right boob is lumpy all over but seems worse at the moment.

Also worried that lump was misdiagnosed and is cancer and it's spread.

Honestly, I can't sympathise enough with breast troubles! I have lumpy breasts, worse on the left and on the right, but I have various lumps, some firm with another some softer, some bits of the breast Olympiad another bits, some of the lumpy bits are small, some of them feel more like tissue. It's an absolute nightmare, and I'm always stressed about it. I did go to the breast clinic to get a cyst drained, but it's at the stage where I just feel that with so many lumpy bits how will I ever know! Sending sympathy X

I can relate, I have a painful breast with a small lump, had it scanned and they couldn’t find it, she thought it was fatty tissue. I still get pain in my breast and I’m unsure what to do as it’s almost always hurting but worried they won’t take me seriously if I go back. What are you going to do?

My mom died of breast cancer (inflammatory type) . I would see if they could do a biopsy if it is possible but it’s most likely fatty lump

Had private breast scan yesterday, all normal. Consultant said I was right to come in and agreed my right breast was much lumpier than last time.
Need to only examine breasts once a month. Need to stick to this.
I have health anxiety, so am determined to not think about my breast for 4 weeks.
Consultant said any change in breast should be examined. Breast cancer does not feel a particular way. He is only interested in a woman saying her breast feels different.
Finding perimenopause very stressful. Mirena coil has been brilliant for bleeding, huge blood clots,hair loss, dry skin, brittle nails, excruciating breast and nipple pain, hot flushes insomnia.
But now boobs are playing up with lumps galore!!!
Who would be a woman eh?!
