Can an ovarian cyst cause leg pain?

Trying not to Google. Had an ultrasound recently. Needed a polyp removed. All went fine. Also have a cyst on one of my ovaries. Every time I lean forwards at a certain angle I get a pain around my right ovary and oddly in my calf too. GP appointment next week but curious to know if anyone else has experienced similar?

Yes it is possible. It depends on the cyst and everyone is different. I had pain in my leg because I had scar tissue from earlier surgery and my cyst was on adnexa (still termed as an ovarian cyst but it is between ovary and uterus). And although it was only 6 cm it caused pelvic congestion and hence pressure on leg when leaning forward.
