vaginal prolapse?

How do I know if I've got a vaginal prolapse? There's nothing coming out but I've been using a mooncup and feeling a bit heavy down there. Feels ok in the morning but as the day goes on I feel heavy.
I've tried googling but so unsure.

Do you get a dragging sensation down below? Any urinary incontinence? And, is the mooncup for periods or to hold things up? Sorry, just want to clarify. And, and have you had a vaginal delivery on the past?
