Nipple pressure causing sharp breast pain?

Hi all

I posted this in the pregnancy thread but with no replies I thought I would try here.

The last couple of days I’ve noticed if I put any pressure on the bottom half of my nipple/areola it sends a weird sharp pain through the bottom half of my breast, deep within my breast. It’s more like a sting than anything. It doesn’t seem to be localised to my nipple but more when I press/ touch underneath it very lightly. It’s a very strange sensation.

Does anyone have any thoughts? I am 20 + 6 today and trying to tell myself this is probably normal but I’m not sure as it’s only one breast that feels like this

I haven't been pregnant, or had a baby. But I went through a phase about eight years ago where I had exactly what you were describing, if something is up to my nipple, or I touched it I got this weird sharpshooting pain right into my best. It went on for around three months, and then it just went away. Strange.
