What sanitary products?

Hello,

I live abroad, and have been having some 100% organic sanitary products - towels & tampons shipped over by a U.K. company for the last year or so.
The products are great especially in the heat and I’ve found they cause much less irritation!
However, the Problem!!!! - brexit! Now they won’t ship to Europe!

Any other recommendations on what products you use?

I’ve never used a cup or period pants - anyone have any recommendations? I’m going to research companies here in Spain or elsewhere in Europe, to see if they do organic products.

I’m mid 30s - are period pants for the young?!

Any advice, recommendations appreciated! Brexit has made so many things a million times harder!!!!

Mooncup and period pants. I swapped about 2 years ago and I can't imagine going back to dry uncomfortable, chafing tampons or pads.

I invested in Knox pants and I think the cup is just called mooncup, they take a bit of practise but once you've got used to it they're a lifesaver

I have a diva cup and honestly sometimes I forget I'm even on my period. Like someone said above, once you get the hang of it, you will wonder how you managed without it.
I also have reusable pads (bamboo I think) and they are honestly amazing. I was worried about how much they would hold and how they would wash but they are great. It was just a random company on amazon but I can't remember the last time I bought disposable ones.
Period pants seem very expensive for what is essentially the same thing so just something else to consider.

I bought a mooncup years ago but cannot really fit it over a toilet, I’d have to be in a shower. So that’s gone out the window for me. I also bought 2 pairs of period pants, one from Thinx and one from ModiBodi. Thinx are cotton and stay in place, but the pad doesn’t go high enough for me to prevent accidents(I actually use a pad inside as I have a very heavy flow), and Modi Bodi, while having the padded bit all the way to the waist band, and boasting a seamless line, are synthetic and tend to expand a bit after a wears. I only bought both pairs last September.
