Prolapse

Hi all, does anyone here have experience of a prolapse following childbirth? I had DD 2 nearly four weeks ago, and last week I felt something 'drop'. It feels like something is stuck down below, a bit like a tampon that hasn't gone in correctly (sorry for the TMI!). After some Googling, my symptoms suggest a rectocele, but I don't know for sure. I've contacted the GP but they said to wait for a bit to see if it improves. I'm doing pelvic floor exercises and I know it's early days, but should I be doing anything else? It's uncomfortable, and I hate feeling like something is constantly going to fall out of there!
