Gynaecologist appointment

I have an appointment with the gynaecologist next month for some issues I am left with after giving birth to my son. However a lot of my issues are with anal fissure and my bowels. Do gynaecologist's also look at bowels/bum area? Or do they only work with vaginas. Probably a stupid question but wanted to ask before I go so I know what to expect from my appointment. Thanks!

They work with pelvic floors which includes everything.
