Hey ladies that are on contraception I've got an odd one hope someone can help

I have obviously missed too many tablets and came on but I've carried on taking them but now had blood it must be from at least 3 days ago, not sure if to stop them now whilst I bleed or carry on taking them

Hope you can help

If anyone ever finds this hope it helps I currently have a slight blood barely anything but I've Carried on taking them. My body feels like it's on though tbh. So maybe I should have stopped tablets but I'm carrying on.
