Weights for your vag?!

Has anyone ever used "kegel weights" do you just put them in and walk around? I'm thinking of getting some to tighten things up down there

I’ve used these. They definitely help. Secret whispers are good. You put them in for 15 minutes and walk around as usual. There are different weights to build up to. Some ladies do a whole exercise class with them in!

I cannot walk without them slipping out after 10 seconds :/ what do I do?

Hello, you just wear your weights while lying down and do the Kegel exercises. After a few weeks try walking around with them in and see the difference. You just need to build up your pelvic floor strength first. Hope that helps.
