Hormone test results & what is causing ectropion, hair loss, periods, acne?

Hi,

So since August I've been bleeding after sex which turned out to be an ectropion. I'm being sent for a colposcopy as I'm not on the pill so they're unsure why I would have this.

Also in August I started to notice hair loss on the left side of my head near my hair line. The hair loss seems to have stopped now but it's looking pretty sparse there now.

My cycles also went from 31 days to 41 days and are still 41 days.

Since end of december I've also come out in acne around my chin and jaw line which I have never had before.

I assumed as all these issues started at the same time that it must be something hormonal, but I've had a bunch of tests and they're all normal. Could anyone take a look at the below and offer any insight?

Day 3 of period:
LH - 6
FSH - 4.6
Testosterone - 1.6
Estrogen - 138

A condition called polycystic ovaries (or its closely related syndrome PCOS) may cause what you are describing. The lengthening of cycles, the hair loss and acne could also be possible indicators of PCOS as well.

Is an internal ultrasound scan also being considered?.

Hi, sorry I forgot to mention that I'd had an ultrasound and there were no cysts on my ovaries. Also the hair loss is restricted to just one area which doesnt sound like PCOS hair loss. The doctor has basically ruled PCOS out by saying that my LH and FSH is good.
