Menstrual cycle getting shorter

I’m mid 30’s with 2DC (youngest nearly 5) and my menstrual cycle is getting shorter and shorter, it was around 23 days last year so shorter side of normal but has now been between 17-20 days for the last 3 cycles.

Did anyone else find the same as they got older? I’m also getting horrendous anxiety and panic attacks occasionally in the days leading up to my period starting.

Yes my cycle used to be 35 days pre-pregnancies. After my last miscarriage it became 28 days and stuck there for a few years. Recently it has sometimes been down to 22-24 days sometimes. Probably worth seeing a GP about the anxiety/panic attacks, that is something that can be treated.
