Or the spot looks like something more sinister ! I have been paranoid lately :( a strong feeling of doom.

Had one of these on my leg, stayed a few years and then shrunk and disappeared. ConfusedI saw the GP he didn’t really know what it was though Hmm If you are worried ring your doctor, they may ask for a photo.
