I have started getting very intense pain in the area of my right ovary in the first days of my period. It is definitely not normal period pain, it is very localised and intense. It always eases off after a couple of days and has happened on probably the last 5 or 6 cycles. Has anyone had this? I do also have PCOS. The GP has generally been useless about anything to do with my period so I’d like to get an idea of what it could be before I speak to them.
