Lump on edge of inner labia

I have found a small hard pea sized lump on the edge on my smaller labia. It's not really moveable and is almost more of a 'thickening' than a lump iyswim? I'm 38. Will call doc Monday just wondering if anyone had similar and what it was.

Could it be a Bartholin's cyst? I may be spelling that incorrectly, can't quite remember the name but if you Google it should come up with the right thing.

I suspect a bartholins, they can usually go of their own accord but can also become irritated, enlarged and need further attention.

I had something like this recently and it just dissappeared after a couple of weeks. Obviously go and get it checked out though just to be sure.

I agree could be a Bartholin's cyst. I had one, at the very bottom right by the opening to my vagina and had a pea to marble sized lump for ten years!! Nobody was bothered (after diagnosing it as a Bartholin's cyst and nothing more sinister) until it swelled up to the size of an egg and got infected (plenty of horror stories on here if you search! 😂) and I had it drained. But generally if it's not hurting it's not infected it's just a little pouch of blocked fluid. Get it checked just to be sure but try not to worry :)

I had a sort of vein lump there. Went on it's own in a week.
