Do your bleeding days fluctuate?

Hi All

I’ll start by saying I’m not having a great time with my anxiety during this pandemic, but this is another worry for me now.

Had bath Feb 2020, period returned May and lasted 6 days. It’s normally 3 days of bleeding. Regular every 30-33 days.

Last month it came on time but I bled for 7 days, although the last 2 days of it was minuscule, just the odd streak sometimes. Spoke to doc, not concerned at all and said it’s normal for it to fluctuate like that and if anything I’m now more normal for having had an abnormality during my cycle.

This month, same again. Arrived on time but I’m on day 6 and although it’s almost stopped, there is still the occasional streak and I expect this will carry on until tomorrow.

I’m concerned because it’s always been 3 days from start to finish.

Does anyone else think it’s normal for your bleeding days to change like this? Apparently anything from 3-7 days is normal but as I’ve been fairly consistent over the years it’s sending my brain into overdrive.

Actually, looking back it’s usually 4 days start to finish. Very rarely 5. Either way!

I find since having dc, mine are different. Heavier and less days. I was also light over 5 days. Now heavier and more clot like but for shorter time and can be very painful for the first day or 2.
