Small reddish brown pimple on upper left breast

I have had this reddish brown very small raised bump or pimple for about 3 months on my upper left breast, more like inner breast, the line where the two breasts meet. I noticed this first when I working out in Sept-oct 2020. Could it be sweat related or should I see a doctor? Hasn’t changed since 3 months and is not painful.

If it’s pimple like, I’d be tempted to have a pharmacist take a peek first. They will either offer a cream or advise GP. :)

Absolutely could be sweat related, I had one in my cleavage, sweat causes the glands to get blocked, and that's how pimples can come about!
