I'm early 30s and I work from home sat down 4 days a week and have for the last 10 months.
My diet isn't the best it could be better, I don't smoke and I drink but only on weekend. I do eat a lot of cheese bread and biscuits and not enough fruit and veg.
Recently had a miscarriage a few weeks ago so eating healthy has gone out of the window.
Last few days I've started to get tingling sensation in soles of my feet and finger tips when sat down.

When I went for a walk yesterday it seemed to disappear. Does this seam like poor circulation and I need to move more or should I ring the doctor ?

Thanks xx

Possibly, but these sort of symptoms can’t be diagnosed by lay people online. Sitting for long periods is not a good idea in any circumstances.

My advice fwiw would be to contact your doctor, especially as you have had a recent trauma. In the meantime, every hour during work, get up and walk around your home for 5 minutes and do some light stretches.

Do call the doctor though.

Yes yes yes! I could've written this post, I only really get it when I am at the computer for extended periods during the day, and I'm not exercising enough. My symptoms are exactly the same as yours, the more I thought about it, the worse it seemed to be! It's gone now, but I'm not sitting down as much.
