Now accurate are pregnancy tests?

I've not had a period now in over 6 month, they weren't very regular before anyway but 6 month is a long time... I have done so so many tests and they have all been negative, how accurate are they? Could it be possible that they have all been false negatives ? As a test I did maybe around a month, me and my partner both thought we saw the faintest of lines!

I have had some blood tests done recently and they were all fine ? If I was pregnant they would have shown up on the blood test too wouldn't they?

I’d like to think you’d know if you were (roughly) 6 months pregnant?

Have you spoken to the doctor about it?

False negatives can happen but there’d be a lot of movement as the months went on.
