This is by far the worst period pain I’ve had in a long time . I can hardly move .
Any recommendations ?
Other than,
Tablets,
Bath,
& hot water bottle.

Could be an as yet unidentified ovarian cyst rupturing and wants checking out if it's very out of the ordinary for you.

Sorry i cant help but I do understand as I'm the same . Feminax used to help but no longer available. I'm off to docs tomorrow. I'll let you know what they say

A leg massage used to help me a bit if you've anyone who can oblige.

I agree with pp that if it's significantly worse than usual you should get it it checked out.

I used to stuffer really badly with period pain. The only thing that got me through it was 2 tablets of paracetamol with codeine and 2 ibuprofen. And hot water bottle.

After having a child I don't get any period pain now. Thank god.

Buscopan as well as ibuprofen.

This might sound frivolous, but a hot water bottle and an orgasm. It increases blood flow to the area and disperses some of the hormones in the womb area that cause the pain.
