Hi all hoping for some advice!
Had my first baby 9months ago. Spent first 6 months post partum on the pill but stopped at start of December as would like to ttc this year.
Periods have been exactly one month apart so no worries there but the one happening now is horrendous. Worse than I’ve ever experienced in my life. I feel so dramatic but I’d go as far as to say it’s debilitating- sorry for tmi but it’s giving me horrendous diarrhoea and triggered by acid reflux so not only is my stomach cramping but my chest is on fire too. It’s making me feel sick and dizzy and last night stopped me from sleeping. Baby was also up all night so DH took the night shift with her but now needs a few hours in bed so he can function the rest of the day. I’m sat playing with my little girl wishing I could just curl up and sob from the feeling of pain and sickness. This seems so extreme - am I being a huge drama queen and this is sadly an experience of periods by some women? I had painful cramps and usually one bad day pre-baby but nothing like this!
