Stopped cerezette 6 weeks ago and no period, is this normal?

Hi, so I stopped taking cerezette at the start of December after only about 3 weeks on it as it made me cry and feel so down in the last week of taking it.

I have been having sex and I’m freaking out a little now as it’s been 6 weeks since stopping and no period. I have very sore boobs and feel a little nauseous and absolutely knackered . I took a pregnancy test last week that was negative.

Is this normal to not have a period for so many weeks?

Yeah I can't remember how long it took but it was more than 6 weeks

Can take months for your period to come back and the first bleed post pill is not a proper period but just shedding due to the drop in hormones.

If you don't want to get pregnant ensure you're using contraception as you could ovulate at any time.

Home tests are accurate so take another and if it's negative, your not pregnant.

I didn't get a bleed for a good while and when I did it was like a really light and very short period so I didn't think it was a proper period
However I then ovulated at the time you'd expect to after a period and got pregnant

So it can take months even tho I only took it for 3 weeks?

It took me around 2 months for my periods to return, no withdrawal bleeds or anything either, however I was on it for a few years so not sure if it would be the same after only taking for 3 weeks.

I wasnt on it only 3 weeks but first time I came off it I never got a period and got pregnant instantly. I'd probably take another test to be sure and don't have unprotected sex if you don't want to get pregnant.
