Does anyone else take Levothyroxine and a combined pill/form of oral contraception?
I'm on 225mg of Levo and take Rigevidon (combined pill, taken back to back with a break every 3 months). I've had continous light periods lasting weeks- apparently this is because the thryoid hormone interacts with the hormones in oral contraception.
Has anyone had success with this long term? Or with another form of pill?
GP is useless and accuses me of taking the pill wrong. ( I obviously don't, it's not rocket science)
