Hi everyone! So after giving birth 3 years on I cannot hold a tampon in :/ it's quite disheartening, last week I tried to put one in (without the applicator) and it stung like a Btccchh I couldn't possibly push it in, so then I bought one with the applicator got it in okay and it started slipping out! It hurt sooo bad when it was coming out, could this be because I am dry? What can I do to be able to hold In a tampon and to get rid of vaginal dryness I am only 21!!!!
