Think there's a lump in right boob.

Hi,
I usually check my boobs frequently and before I went to sleep last night, I checked them lying down in bed. It feels like 2 small smooth pea sized lumps stuck together in my right boob, they do move from side to side, about an inch below the nipple.
My boobs are very lumpy throughout the month depending on hormones. I can feel if it's part of the breast tissue or if I have a lump I check on the other boob in the same place. I have NEVER had this, I actually sat upright in bed.
I am phoning the GP first thing tomorrow.
Last year, I was investigated for womb cancer, due to bleeding between periods and bleeding so bad, I had clots the size of my fist coming out. All clear given by hysteroscopy in October.
I was given a Mirena coil after hysteroscopy and now concerned it's caused this. I'm worried it's been there for months and I've missed it. I'm overweight and hate myself for that. Perimenopausal as well. Still having random 10 day periods. Although period lighter and no random bleeding since coil fitted.
I cant believe this is happening.
I'm married & have an 11 yr old son and worried sick. I've spent all day planning my funeral.🙄😣

They sounds like cysts, good to go to the GP but don't google. I'm sure you will be fine 😊

Hope the GP went well
