Weird period

Guys I am only 16 years old and in September I had to deal with a split condom. I bought ella one (after morning pill) and took it a couple hours after this incident. My period did come but it came 5 days early and all the months from September to now my period have been around 5 days late (usually it comes exactly the date due). What is going on? I have been reading a lot into cryptic pregnancies also and i'm quite worried. I can't talk to my parents as they're very strict and do not know i'm sexually actively. Is this normal? Could anybody reassure or help me with what the reason could be?

Could you take a pregnancy test?
From what you’ve said you took the pill as soon as possible after having unprotected sex, so you’ve done everything you needed to. What may have happened is that it’s just changed your cycle, it may settle back to your regular cycle or this could just be your new cycle now.
I’d never heard of a cryptic pregnancy, it’s extremely rare. If your able to google the ellaone reviews it does seem to alter period cycles of some of the reviewers too.

It does seem like your cycle has changed. I dont think you are pregnant if you are still getting a period every month and its been 5 months
