So scared I have been diagnosed with breast cancer waiting to see what the treatment is. Are there any good news stories out there. They think I have had it a long time. So wortied

I have dimpling , a enlarged breast , burning sensation in both arm pits and lumps under my arms. Feels like I have a lump in my neck and I get collar bone pain.
