HELPPPP Spot on booobbb

About 2 weeks ago i started to get really itchy breast . I then developed 3 spots on my right boob. And 1 spot on my left boob. Its red a circular. It is not above the skin or swollen , its just kind of there but when i do touch it , it has a rough texture but not like flaky . . Has anyone had anything like this similar or might know what this is? Im only 18 so idk if it could be IBC cancer .

It could be eczema or a bite or a fungal infection. Is it possible that a bit of your bra is rubbing against your boob in that spot and making it sore?

I think it might be a fungal infection maybe. But my boobs look nothing like the fungal breast infections on google. Im trying to upload the picture here to show, but it wont give me the option of uploading a picture

The itchyness has been going on for 2 weeks. And ive changed bras. And i make sure not to wear one while at home to let them breathe. The red spots just dont seem to disappear and neither does the itchyness
