Lumps inside vagina

Pretty gross, but does anyone else have this? I’ve had 3 vaginal deliveries including a forceps birth so I have always expected downstairs to be a bit of a car crash. However, it’s nearly 20 months since my last delivery and I’ve just noticed these fleshy red lumps just inside my vaginal wall. The largest is pea sized. They are exactly where I suffered a pretty nasty graze having one of my DC. Normal? Or dodgy?

I think you will find that's what normal vaginas are like :)

Unless you have a speculum and can see inside your vagina, what are you inspecting? If it's the entrance that's just normal folds and lumps and bumps where everything's been stretched. The vagina has 'ridges' up and across, so after childbirth everything can be slightly different.
