I have these under skin bumps on Labia, top of vagina near clitoris, not exactly inside, on outer labia. No pain, no itchiness, I have one bump then a couple close together. Any idea what can be?

This is a bit TMI but varicose veins? I convinced myself I had vulval cancer during my last pregnancy but it was varicose veins on my labia. Not painful but looked like dark growths under the skin. It resolved itself after she was born.
