Lower right side pain CD10?

I’ve been off the pill for a while but 2 months running now I’ve had awful lower right side pain in my stomach starting cycle day 10. I even wondered if it was my appendix last month but it started again this month exactly the same day - CD10. Using OPK’s I don’t seem to ovulate until around day 14 so surely it can’t be connected? Anyone had anything similar?

Could be your body gearing up to ovulate, maybe the mature egg is big and pushing on the walls of the ovary ready to release and it's causing pressure or a small leak of fluid that can cause irritation
